Hi, I’m Jordan Sobrino. I’m a Sophomore in Computer Engineering here at Texas Tech. I’m originally from Northern Virginia, but I’ve lived in the Houston area for the past 3 years. I spend a lot of my free time learning, whether its a new recipe, a new language (both spoken and programming), or a new music production technique. I pledged Sigma Phi Delta back in Fall of 2017, as a member of the Epsilon Pledge Class. I have held a position ever since my pledging semester, where I served as our pledge class treasurer. After becoming an active member, I held the position of Webmaster for two consecutive semesters, where I built this website, refreshed our social media presence, and created our Brother of the Month program. A few weeks ago, I was elected as the External Vice Chief Engineer for the Spring 2019 semester. As External Vice President, I would like to continue my positive impact on this fraternity by helping my brothers grow both socially and professionally, so that we can all become successful after we graduate.
